Slip prevention is paramount as millions of people suffer, not only from the obvious result of accidents but more commonly from the less spectacular problems slippery surfaces create. People who work in places with slippery floors, frequently suffer from muscle tension & headaches, leading to a lack of concentration as well as absence from work.

Slipstop anti-slip treatments are not coatings and will consequently not peel off at any time. Through a chemical reaction, Slipstop treatment creates a microstructure to the surface, leaving the floor slip resistant even when exposed to water, grease oil, etc.

Penetrating Sealing

Our penetrating sealers are unique polymerized silicone formulations designed for the protection of all porous tiles and stone surfaces.

Unimat Sealers seal the pores, yet allow the surface to breathe. The low viscosity allows maximum penetration and superior coverage. It is U.V. transparent, resists acid rain, and not yellow under any circumstances. It is equally effective for interior as well as exterior applications.

All surfaces treated are harder and less slippery, as well as being stain resistant. Because Unimat Sealers are penetrators and not surface coatings the treated material retains its natural look. Dirt, water, and oils are prevented from penetrating. Surface dirt is easily removed through regular maintenance
methods.

Our sealers also inhibit the growth of mold, mildew, and fungus in humid and damp areas.
